Student Information Management

Central to the EduMatrix suite is the student management module that profiles student data.
A unique feature is the one-stop page consisting of :
• Class Registration
• Parents' Information
• Medical History
• Emergency Contact Person
• Payment Info
• Class History
The Student modules search and select capabilities allow for user-defined groupings which can be utilized for targeted marketing.
All transactional histories of the students are kept intact in the database for future reference.
The Student module also tracks the status of the student from registration to completion. It monitors the movement of a students:
• Transfer from one class or course to another
• Completion of each level within a class / course
• Advancement to higher level upon completion
• Withdrawal before completion
