The Stock Module

The Stock module manages a school’s inventory.It takes into account a school’s requirement on inventory management.
Items that are regularly purchased by students on a periodic (term or semester) basis can be grouped as a package. This package can be issued to a student /group of students through POS for ease of tracking.
Purchases of items are recorded by the system in real-time. Stock balance resulting from any item purchased will also be shown in the Stock module.
Re-order levels can be specified to help monitor the level of stock effortlessly. An automated notice will be issued in the POS page, once stock replenishment is due.
A multitude of report types for sale of items can be generated for management audit and business decision-making.
